Our vegetable garden

Our vegetable garden is located in the north-western part of the chacra, some 500 meters away from the chacra gate, and 150 meters away from the main house.

It is a natural laboratory where the process of sowing and grafting for vegetative reproduction starts. Its wide variety of nursery plants includes lavender, rosemary, dill, coriander, chives, basil, and purple ruffles basil, among other plants, and flowers such as daisies, zinnias, and garden cosmos, to name just a few.

Our vegetable garden provides us with fresh in-season vegetables, and invites us to share a healthy meal prepared with products from our farm and those of our neighbors.

The "House of Knowledge and Vegetables", which was given that name because it has a large number of books and magazines for a better understanding of plants and their uses, was also built in this place. Our “Vegetable Library” is open to all those who want to explore the fascinating world of plants and their therapeutic properties.
